Sponsorships are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year, with sponsorships ending 365 days after the beginning of the sponsorship. A SJASCE representative will reach out to coordinate sponsorship start date, collect any relevant pictures/logos, and schedule any meeting sponsorships or presentations. Meeting sponsorship selections are on a first-come, first-serve basis, with first preference being given to the company presenting.
