The South Jersey ASCE Younger Member Forum (YMF) brings together emerging professionals from across the region to connect, grow, and give back.
Our mission is threefold:

To create meaningful networking opportunities among young professionals in the civil engineering field,

To engage with schools and the public to promote awareness and excitement around Civil Engineering, and

To support career growth and develop leadership skills in the next generation of industry leaders.
While YMF typically serves members 35 years old and younger, our events are open to all members of the South Jersey Branch – including those considering joining!
We host a variety of informal technical sessions, outreach initiatives, and fun, affordable socials throughout the year. Whether you’re looking to build your network, gain experience, or just have a good time with fellow engineers, there’s something for everyone at YMF.
