Payment

Payment is accepted via online through our website (credit card, Venmo, or Paypal) or by check. Checks should be made payable to South Jersey ASCE. Mail checks to:

Checks must be postmarked and mailed prior to the event. Checks will be accepted at check-in. SJASCE reserves the right to assess a late fee of $10 if payment is not received prior to the event.  SJASCE reserves the right to deny registration to future events for attendees who hold a negative balance with SJASCE.

Registration closes on April 16th, 2026. Space permitting, any registrations received after the deadline will be charged the full Non-Member Rate. We cannot guarantee registration to the event after the registration period closes. Registration to events is first come, first served unless stated otherwise.

Dietary Restrictions

SJASCE is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and attendees. Participants with dietary restrictions are encouraged to contact us after registering, and no later than the registration deadline. Requests received after the deadline cannot be guaranteed.
